I tried to return an item what a joke. It ended up being way more complicated than it needed to be, with slow replies and instructions that weren’t clear at all.

I kept having to follow up and still felt like I wasn’t getting anywhere. Maybe other people have had better luck, but my return experience with Lockhart Tactical was frustrating enough that I wouldn’t order from them again.

I really wanted to like this, but the fit was just not right at all. It felt awkward and uncomfortable the entire day, and I couldn’t wait to take it off. If this is how the sizing is going to be, I’ll probably start shopping somewhere else.

I looked around on Lockhart Tactical for a few things, the prices felt a bit higher than what I was seeing elsewhere. Some of the items looked decent enough, but once I started comparing (which I always end up doing anyway), it didn’t really feel like the best deal. Maybe it’s worth it if they have something specific you can’t find elsewhere, but if you’re mainly shopping based on price, I’d probably check other places first.

I was really disappointed when this arrived because it didn’t look like what I thought I was ordering from the pictures. The color was off and some of the details looked different too, so it felt like I got stuck with something that wasn’t represented fairly. Maybe I just had bad luck, but I definitely felt misled.

My order went fine overall, and the tracking updates were clear once they started coming through. I’ll admit I felt a bit uneasy right after payment, like I wasn’t totally sure what was happening at first. It did sit in one spot for a day or two, which didn’t help, but it eventually showed up okay. I’d probably use them again.

I went on lockharttactical.com expecting a decent range of options, but there really wasn’t much to choose from. A lot of the stuff I was looking for either wasn’t listed at all or only had a couple choices, which is kind of frustrating when you’re trying to compare things. The site itself works fine, but common sense says the selection has to be there if people are going to shop around.

I had an issue with my order and support did get it sorted out in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that. It just took longer than I expected, and the repeated canned apologies didn’t really help much. I would’ve appreciated a more direct update instead of the usual “sorry for the inconvenience” replies. Still, they did respond and the problem was finally fixed.

My order showed up in good shape, which is more than you can say for most packages these days. The box wasn’t crushed or beat up, and everything inside was wrapped well enough. There was kind of a ridiculous amount of extra tape, so opening it was a little annoying, but I’d rather deal with that than have stuff sliding all over the place. Overall, the packaging was solid and nothing arrived damaged.

Took this vest out for its first range day and it was disappointing right away. The stitching started ripping quickly, and my mags kept falling out instead of staying secure. It should’ve been a simple, easy setup, but I spent more time messing with the gear than actually focusing on shooting.

It’s okay overall, but I’m a bit picky about quality, so this didn’t fully impress me. It does the job, just not as well as I personally hoped.

I bought from Lockhart Tactical thinking the warranty would actually mean something, but when I had an issue that should’ve been covered, it turned into a hassle. Their site and messaging made it sound like support would be straightforward, but reality was a lot of waiting around and getting replies that felt generic, like they were just copied and pasted.
To be fair, they did eventually respond, so I wouldn’t say it was a total disaster. But the whole process was slow, frustrating, and didn’t match the confidence they give you when you’re buying. I expected better help after spending my money there, and I definitely wouldn’t count on the warranty next time.

The item was on backorder longer than I'd hoped, but once I reached out, they emailed me back with an actual ETA. It shipped close to that date, so I can't complain too much. Wasn't perfect, but they handled it fairly.

I’ve tried shopping here a few times, but the stuff I want seems to sell out way too often. It’s frustrating because I’ll find something I like, then it’s suddenly unavailable. When I reached out, the response felt generic, like I was just a ticket number instead of an actual customer.

I’m so used to having to chase things down or deal with some little mistake, so it was a relief that this showed up exactly as ordered. Everything matched, no issues, no extra back-and-forth. Straightforward, which I appreciated.

The payment options are limited. I was ready to check out, then realized there weren’t many choices, which was annoying. It just feels like they could make this part easier, especially since everything else was moving along fine. More payment methods would really help.

Overall, the stuff is decent, but the sizing was a bit smaller than I thought it would be. I probably should’ve checked the size chart more carefully, so that’s partly on me, but I’d still recommend sizing up if you’re unsure...

Checkout did work in the end, but it felt a little clunky tbh. I had to reload the page once, and a couple of the steps weren’t super clear at first. Payment went through fine tho, and I got the order email after that. Not awful or anything, just wish it was a bit smoother.
